A lightweight technical fabric originally developed for the South Korean military, the FD Crimped Poly is soft to the touch, with a very matte texture, and is extremely water-resistant. The crimped yarn increases its abrasion resistance and also gives the fabric a small amount of mechanical stretch. The FD Crimped Poly has a Hydrostatic Head Rating of 10,000mm, meaning it can withstand a column of water 10 meters high before water penetrates through the fabric.
