Online Return Policy

Domestic Returns:
You can return or exchange an online order within 28 days. To return your order the item/s must be unused, have all tags attached, as well as the original receipt and packaging.

Please use our Returns Portal to begin the return process. Enter your order number and email that received the order confirmation. Choose your return outcome, refund, credit or exchange. Once complete you will receive a confirmation email with an Australia Post return shipping label included.

Print the label or take it to your local post office to scan the QR code and be printed there. Please attach the label to the returned package. Once your return has reached our warehouse please allow 3 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed.

International Returns:
If you are wanting to return an International order please get in touch via our contact form.

Items Purchased on Sale:
Please note, our 28 day returns policy does not apply to any product purchased on sale due to a change of mind. As a result, any item purchased on sale in-store or online is not eligible for exchange or refund. Purchases are final, so choose carefully and shop responsibly, happy bagging.

In-Store Return Policy

Items purchased in-store are eligible for return or exchange within 28 days from the day of purchase.

Click & Collect

Click & Collect is available at all stores. To pick up your new dream bag, please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.

We will keep your order safe for 14 days from the day your order was placed. If life gets in the way and you can not collect your order within this time frame, we will cancel and refund your order.

Dispatch & Expected Delivery Time

Orders are processed daily Monday to Friday, and are mostly shipped out the same day. All domestic and international orders are shipped via Australia Post. If you have any tracking-related queries after your order has been dispatched, please contact Australia Post or your local post office.

All delivery times are an estimate provided by Australia Post*

Domestic Shipping:
Standard: 2 - 6 business days from dispatch.
Express: 1 - 3 business days from dispatch.
Service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only and some major centres)

International Shipping:
Standard: 7 - 14 business days from dispatch.
Express: 3 - 7 business days from dispatch.
Please note: We are not able to ship to any countries in Europe, Africa or South America.

International orders may incur local duty or customs charges. As Crumpler does not charge Australian GST on international orders, any fees or duty incurred at customs is the responsibility of the purchaser. Check your local customs office for further info.

Orders Less Than $100: $10
Express Shipping: $15AUD

International Shipping
Standard Shipping: $35AUD
Express Shipping: $45AUD

Please note that International Shipping rates for orders that include any Travel Luggage are calculated at the checkout.

Where do you ship to?

Crumpler ships within Australia, North America, New Zealand and Asia.

We are not able to ship to any countries in Europe, Africa or South America, as this area is serviced by Crumpler Europe.

Festive Season Delivery Time and Returns/Exchanges

Please allow a few extra days for delivery during holiday periods, we will get your order shipped out ASAP after you place the order, this may be 1-4 business days.

In an ideal world, we'd deliver your order personally, but unfortunately, our customers are too far-flung for that! While your order should arrive within the timeframe we specify for the shipping option you select, sometimes the unexpected happens. As a rule of thumb, wait an additional day then email with your order number, which you'll find on the confirmation email we sent you.

A special exchange period will be available during the Christmas season. Any items purchased as gifts throughout November/December can be exchanged anytime until the end of January. As long as they are unused, have tags attached and you have the original proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
