June 22nd- 26th Shipping updates

Our Melbourne warehouse is currently undergoing a much deserved renovation to allow us to provide you with a better service than ever. Your orders are processed and shipped daily, however between Monday 22nd June until Friday 26th June 2020, please be aware there may be a one-day delay in the picking and packing of your order, plus an additional wait time due to Australia Post Covid-19 shipping.

You will be provided with an trackable link via email so you can monitor the progress of your item/s, and of course you are welcome to contact our team at any time for a status check via au_enquiries@crumpler.com.

Returns & exchanges

BOUGHT THE WRONG BAG? 

No problem! You can return the item within 28 days for a full refund if the bag is unused, you have all tags attached, as well as the original receipt and packaging. Either take it into a store near you or send back to: 

Crumpler HQ attn. Returns, Level 10, 180 Russell Street, Melbourne, 3000, with all your return contact details. 

We are not able to refund any shipping costs occurred when ordering or returning online purchases. 

A special exchange period will be available during the Christmas season. Any items purchased as gifts throughout November/December can be exchanged anytime until the end of January. As long as they are unused, have tags attached and you have the original proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

WILL COVID-19 AFFECT MY RETURN? 

You can return like normal, COVID-19 currently have no effect on return shipments.. You can return the item within 28 days for a full refund if the bag is unused, you have all tags attached, as well as the original receipt and packaging. Please send you bag back to:

Shipping info

Orders are processed daily Monday to Friday and are shipped out the same day. Estimated time-frames for the arrival of your order are listed below. 

Domestic 

Free Delivery: Aus Post delivery within 3 - 7 business days from dispatch
Express Post: Aus Post delivery within 1 - 2 business days from dispatch
-Service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres * 

International 

Economy: 3 - 10 business day from dispatch delivery worldwide*
Express: 2 - 4 business day from dispatch delivery worldwide* Please note: We are not able to ship to any countries in Europe, Africa or South America. 

*shipping estimates based on major metropolitan areas only. 

International orders may incur local duty or customs charges. As Crumpler do not charge Australian GST on international orders, any fees or duty incurred at customs is the responsibility of the purchaser. Check your local customs office for further info.


WILL COVID-19 AFFECT MY ORDER? 

You can order just like normal. Please note that there however can be longer transit times to all areas at the moment though due to increased border checks, longer customs handling times and limited flights for domestic postage. Please allow some extra time for delivery under the current circumstances but if have any concerns please email au_enquiries@crumpler.com with your order number, which you'll find on the confirmation email we sent you. Christmas, promo and sale delivery times

Please allow a few extra days for delivery during sales and holiday periods, we will get your order shipped out ASAP after you place the order, this may be 1 - 4 business days. 

In an ideal world, we'd deliver your order personally, but unfortunately our customers are too far-flung for that! While your order should arrive within the timeframe we specify for the shipping option you select, sometimes the unexpected happens. As a rule of thumb, wait an additional day then email au_enquiries@crumpler.com with your order number, which you'll find on the confirmation email we sent you.
