BOUGHT THE WRONG BAG?
Instore purchases can be exchanged instore within 7 days if the bag is unused, you have all tags attached, as well as the original receipt and packaging.
Online orders can be returned within 28 days for a full refund if the bag is unused, you have all tags attached, as well as the original receipt and packaging.
We are not able to refund any shipping costs occurred when ordering or returning online purchases.
Orders are processed daily Monday to Friday at approximately 11am and are shipped out the same day. Estimated time-frames for the arrival of your order are listed below.

In an ideal world, we'd deliver your order personally, but unfortunately our customers are too far-flung for that! While your order should arrive within the timeframe we specify for the shipping option you select, sometimes the unexpected happens.
