FLEXIBLE, ACCESSIBLE SPACE

To ensure you can put plenty of stuff in and get to it pronto, we first put in lots of thought. That’s why the main compartment is host to a velcro-fastened centre pocket plus left and right deep stuff pockets. Why it also features a wide, velcro-fastened front pouch. And why there’s a secreted external short stuff side pocket below both accessory straps.

Warranty

Within the first three months if the bag fails due to defective materials of workmanship (under normal use) we will replace or repair the product no questions asked. You must however have the original receipt and provide it to us as proof of purchase.

After three months, if the bag fails due to defective materials of workmanship (under normal use) we will repair the bag. If the fault is deemed to have occurred under abnormal circumstances then we will contact you before repairing the bag at your cost (after gaining your approval to do so).

In either case take your bag (and proof of purchase) to one of our stores or post the bag to us at Crumpler HQ where we will make the assessment.
