Warranty

Within the first three months if the bag fails due to defective materials of workmanship (under normal use) we will replace or repair the product no questions asked. You must however have the original receipt and provide it to us as proof of purchase.

After three months, if the bag fails due to defective materials of workmanship (under normal use) we will repair the bag. If the fault is deemed to have occurred under abnormal circumstances then we will contact you before repairing the bag at your cost (after gaining your approval to do so).

In either case take your bag (and proof of purchase) to one of our stores or post the bag to us at Crumpler HQ where we will make the assessment.

Quality, quality, quality

This is an excellent bag, built to the high standards that Crumpler has become known for. It is versatile, serving well as a laptop bag, an everyday bag, or even an overnight bag. It fits my laptop with 15.6" screen (dimensions 375mm x 245mm or 14.8" x 9.6") comfortably in the well-padded laptop sleeve. Plenty of room for the power supply, other accessories and then some (e.g. change of clothes). A couple of smaller compartments towards the front are good for storing bits and pieces. The organiser in the front pocket is just a wide strip of elastic, sewn down to make different size openings, and not very useful to me. The shoulder strap is great. The only thing missing is a 3rd leg stabilizer strap, but not everyone seems to like those. All-in-all a great investment. 4 out of 5 stars.
