Warranty

Within the first three months if the bag fails due to defective materials of workmanship (under normal use) we will replace or repair the product no questions asked. You must however have the original receipt and provide it to us as proof of purchase.

After three months, if the bag fails due to defective materials of workmanship (under normal use) we will repair the bag. If the fault is deemed to have occurred under abnormal circumstances then we will contact you before repairing the bag at your cost (after gaining your approval to do so).

In either case take your bag (and proof of purchase) to one of our stores or post the bag to us at Crumpler HQ where we will make the assessment.

Great pouch for Canon SLR s

I recently purchased the large version of the haven camera pouch for my Canon 60d. In the bag i can fit my 60d with lens attached, plus an additional lens. This leaves a small amount of spare room for some cables (though perhaps not a flash without being a bit tight.) The inserts provided can be arranged as you like, I use only 1 of these inserts to give myself two compartments which leaves two spare with i then place down the short sides. Being quite rigid they provide good support in the bag to reduce it being squashed to much when transporting. I find i use the side pockets for exactly what they are designed for, lens caps, cables and SD cards. Great pouch, and i highly recommend it. Make sure you test your camera in the bag before you buy, because if you have a Canon like myself the body size can change quite significantly. (60d larger than a 1000d, and a 7d is larger still)

More than a pouch.

I was lucky enough to purchase the large Haven for trip to Australia. I knew I wanted to bring an all purpose backpack but I also wanted the connivence and organization that my usual camera bag, a Crumpler 6 Million Dollar Home, provided. I searched around online at my different options for pouches but they were all essentially a tiny thing that only held a camera and one lens if you were lucky. I decided to see if Crumpler had anything and the Haven (L) was exactly what I was looking for. It fit perfectly into my Fossil backpack, it held everything I needed for shooting in the field. With two of the three dividers in place, The Haven (L) fit my Nikon D90, spare battery, Pelican SD card case, camera care field kit, lens hood and a Nikon SB-700 Speedlight. The Haven is a phenomenal product and is constructed with the durability that I personally love about Crumpler. As a travel photographer it provided me the freedom, while on assignment, that other camera bags lacked. As I said in the title, this is way more than a pouch.

Wish the Large was slightly longer

I just got the large Haven to fit in my new North Face backpack, which is on the smaller side and made for a woman. The insert fits great in the backpack, but I am unable to fit my Nikon D90 with Tamron 24-70 plus an additional lens comfortably. But I have opted to keep it and put just the camera/lens in the Haven and the additional lens in a pouch along side it. The Haven has so much great protection and even looks great compared to so many inserts available. If I have a smaller lens on the camera I think I could fit the camera/lens combo plus a flash or additional lens as shown on the Crumpler website. An XL version that is 12" wide with same depth and height would have been perfect!
