MULTIPLE STORAGE AREAS

The medium Spring Peeper’s 40-litre zippered main compartment includes a large, dual zone zippered internal mesh pocket, plus a large zippered internal ‘wet pocket’. The exterior features a zippered utility pocket on one side, and a hidden zippered pocket for your magazines or newspapers on the other.

INTERNAL COMPARTMENT FOR WET CLOTHES

There is a rubberised and seamless zippered pocket inside the bag’s main compartment that you can use to separate damp swim or gym gear from your other clothes.

INTERNAL COMPRESSION PANEL

A dual strap internal compression panel with quick release closures helps ensure your belongings arrive looking as neat and tidy as when you packed them.

THREE-POSITION TROLLEY HANDLE

The bag’s integrated aluminium trolley handle features a twin tube design for greater strength, and an easy to hold rubber grip. At the touch of a button, it extends to half height, full height or disappears from view entirely.

LOCKABLE MAIN COMPARTMENT

The twin zips on the bag’s main compartment feature padlock loops, allowing you to secure the contents of your Spring Peeper should you wish.

LINKING, NEOPRENE PADDED TOP CARRY HANDLES

Designed to mould to the natural contours of your hand and fingers, the bag’s top carry handles are cushioned individually with foam, and linked by an integrated neoprene padded grip with velcro closure.

DUAL PADDED GRAB HANDLES

Foam padded grab handles at either end make it easy to stow and retrieve your Spring Peeper from luggage holds.

ANTI-JAM WHEELS

PU wheels and wheel housings are designed to prevent jamming from stones, and keep your Spring Peeper moving freely and easily.

STANDS VERTICALLY OR HORIZONTALLY

The bag’s design and structural reinforcements ensure it’s as stable standing vertically as it is horizontally.

INJECTION MOULDED FEET AND WHEELS

Injection moulded feet, wheels, wheel housings and trolley handle housing let you slide your Spring Peeper into place by foot or hand, and also help keep the bag dry when placed on a wet surface.

WATER RESISTANT

To help keep the weather out and ensure your belongings stay safe and dry, the bag features covered external zippers and its outer is made from water resistant material.

STRONG

To protect your cargo from the bump and grind of travel, and ensure the bag can stand upright when needed, the base of the Spring Peeper is reinforced with a structural board.

DURABLE

The bag is made from super strong, water resistant material with reinforced joining and/or stitching on all stress points, and features injection-moulded feet, wheels, wheel housings and trolley handle grip, and a twin tube aluminium trolley handle.

Warranty

Within the first three months if the bag fails due to defective materials of workmanship (under normal use) we will replace or repair the product no questions asked. You must however have the original receipt and provide it to us as proof of purchase.

After three months, if the bag fails due to defective materials of workmanship (under normal use) we will repair the bag. If the fault is deemed to have occurred under abnormal circumstances then we will contact you before repairing the bag at your cost (after gaining your approval to do so).

In either case take your bag (and proof of purchase) to one of our stores or post the bag to us at Crumpler HQ where we will make the assessment.

Fantastic Travel Bag

Looks and Design: 9/10 The Bag does look fantastic. Simple in design and not trying to be flashy, however it comes over as a bag for someone who knows what they need it for. It is about the maximum size for a carry on bag (For frequent fliers), but does not seem all that big when you first look at it. The placement of the pockets and the addition of the packing straps are a great idea. I especially like the designers idea to have an internal packing strap within the bag (orange area) and another on the outside on top of the top zipper. The only downfall is the selection of colours. It would be nice (especially ordering online) to be able to mix and match instead of having to deal with preset selected colours. Toughness: 10/10 Well made, and very sturdy. You can tell the bag can deal with a lot. The design of the rolling wheels and the telescopic handle are very well done. The material of the bag is solid without being over the top. The great idea of having a wet section inside the bag is also a great idea for swimming gear or wet gym clothing. Packing/Storage: 8.5/10 Packing of the bag is very easy. With the extra internal pockets things can be sectioned off rather easily. The wet pocket is especially nice to have. There is enough space to pack for a weeks business trip or vacation. The could have been a few different improvements however. A single zipper for both mesh pockets is rather annoying, and the addition of a few extra pockets inside the bag would have been nice. Storage of the bag is a little difficult as well due to the bottom and left sides of the bag being somewhat rigid (aka, you can't fold this flat somewhere). Ease of Use/Transportation: 10/10 When being pulled behind you, this bag has no issues at all. Its not catching on you heels as you walk around the airport terminal, and it can deal with most of the bumps in the pavement on your way out to the taxi. When you need to pick the back up, the carry handle is nicely padded so that it won't cut into your hands if you have to hold it for long periods of time. Integration: 10/10 Owning a Brazillion Dollar Home that I also travel with, the Crumpler designers have done a good job with the Integration of the Peeper. The telescopic handle on the bag allows for usage of the travel slot on the Brazillion. Overall: 47.5/50 I really like this bag and I am planning on purchasing another Spring Peeper (S) and Spring Peeper (M) without wheels. That should speak louder than any review I can write.

SWEET!

I bought this after lugging my Atlantic rolling suitcase around NYC--now, the Atlantic encouraged me to carry more than I needed for three days--including a laptop and power supply and extra books, my sneakers, extra toiletries, batteries, all manner of non-necessities. It was like a huge block of cement. It was a hassle on the subway and getting through the turnstiles. Brutal to carry up the stairs. So I kept looking at the medium Spring Peeper in purple/oatmeal and thinking it was so gosh darn friendly looking and cute. And it is. I can't wait to travel with this bag. It makes me feel French--only bring what you really need and be REASONABLE. I mean, you can wear your black sweater repeatedly, who's gonna know? I did pack the Peeper with clothes--mostly the mix and match kind (like for 4 days: 2 pairs of pants, 2 very basic sweaters, socks, different colored camisoles, which will peek out from the V-neck of one of my sweaters), my iPad, toiletries, a book... the usual things. The things I need for three or four days in NY. Even when it's loaded, it's a much more comfortable carry up the stairs--push the pull handle back in and grab the ends and just carry it in front of you--it's soft and moldable, and very well designed. It actually encourages me to pack sensibly. And it's a rolling bag I could actually put on my lap in the subway--it's so freaking CUTE!

This an exceedingly good and well made bag! it has 4 compartments including a rubber one for wet clothes or gym clothes, it has a double zip on the main compartment and it is also lockable. the handle is well made with rubber for where your fingers sit so it doesn't cut into your hand, it has enough space for a weeks worth of clothes and extras but is also small enough to be used as a carry on bag. when wheeling the bag behind you it doesn't hit you in the feet like some suitcases and luggage. I especially love the colour combination of the Dark Purple and Oatmeal.
