We’ll make it right and send it back to you ASAP.

If we reckon the fault occurred as a result of ‘abnormal’ usage – no offence intended – we’ll contact you and obtain your approval to repair the bag at your expense.

 

A College Student's Best Friend.

I purchased this bag shortly after receiving a new 13.5 inch Toshiba Laptop. I was looking for something super heavy duty that would cradle my precious lappie without scratching it. This bag definitely fits the bill, The padded pocket for the laptop is made of a soft material and fits the laptop like a glove. I adore it. Last week I spilt an entire cup of tea on it by accident; a wash later, it's just like new. The only issue I see is the extra space. I'm a college student and was hoping I'd be able to fit a binder or maybe a couple of spirals in with my laptop, but sadly, this isn't the case. I can fit 1 spiral in, but it usually ends up bending. This may be perhaps because my Toshiba is a little thick, I'm not sure. Other than that, it's perfect. I can fit a small compact umbrella, flash drives, pens and pencils, my cell, and a few other small items. The construction is amazing: extremely sturdy. I'm fairly certain I'll never need another bag for the life of my current laptop-- possibly longer. :) I'd also like to mention how cool it makes me feel while walking around campus. Thanks, Crumpler! You rock my socks!

the goldilocks of laptop bags

sometimes it is a good thing when a bag is the correct size. not too big that you end up carrying more things than you would otherwise but not too small that you are not able to fit the things that you need in. this is the goldilocks of laptop bags for me....! good: - room for a 13 inch laptop (incl power pack / mouse), notebook, phone, keys, wallet and pens, but not much more though! indifferent: - too many pockets on the inside, that in this model (13 inch), are just too inaccessible to make worthwhile. fewer, bigger pockets would be better IMO - would have liked the shoulder strap of my barney rustle
