Not big on nostalgia? Neither is the Seedy One, a not-too-large-not-too-small reduced scale redux of the oh-riginal Crumpler CD3 from the early nineties.

Cut from different cloth to our modern day messenger line up, The Seedy One is made from ol’ school waxy canvas and reapplies that first generation bag’s one-piece construction technique, heavy-duty box stitching, edging and show through detailing – right down to the v1.0 Crumpler logo and badging.

Fashionably ahead of their time, the old-fangled features of that initial courier-style carrier have also carried over to today’s Crumplers, which is why the Seedy One sports an adjustable shoulder strap with QuickFlick™ buckle, plus dual velcro flap seals.

FLEXIBLE, ACCESSIBLE SPACE

To ensure you can put lots of stuff in and get to it pronto, we first put in lots of thought. That’s why the Seedy One’s no frills 16 litre main compartment is big enough to swallow A4/foolscap-sized folders. And why the interior also features a velcro-fastened centre pocket for your everyday e-ssentials.

DUAL VELCRO FLAP FASTENERS

Seal the Seedy One’s outer flap with its duo of oversized, injection moulded velcro fasteners and even the most dexterous pocket pickerer will struggle to get their mischievous mitts in unnoticed.

WIDE, ADJUSTABLE LENGTH SHOULDER STRAP

The more stuff you carry, the more you need a wide strap to distribute its weight – and the more you’ll appreciate the Seedy One’s soft but strong 50mm flamed polypropylene webbing. Complete with QuickFlick™ buckle system, it will go to almost any lengths to ensure the bag sits right where you want it.

WATERPROOFING MEASURES

Be it rain, hail, sleet, snow, beer or mixed drinks, the bag’s 12-ounce waxy canvas outer and oversized flap are designed to weather the storm and keep what’s inside dry.

ANTI-ABSRASIVE LINING

The bag’s 300D Rip-stop lining combines phenomenal strength with exceptional smoothness to ensure your cargo stays scratch free.

BUILT TOUGH

Designed to outlast its lifetime guarantee, the bag features a super strength water resistant 12-ounce waxy canvas outer, 300D Rip-stop lining, flamed polypropylene webbing, original box stitch webbing attachment, injection moulded velcro and bonded nylon thread with reinforced stitching on all stress points.

Warranty

Within the first three months if the bag fails due to defective materials of workmanship (under normal use) we will replace or repair the product no questions asked. You must however have the original receipt and provide it to us as proof of purchase.

After three months, if the bag fails due to defective materials of workmanship (under normal use) we will repair the bag. If the fault is deemed to have occurred under abnormal circumstances then we will contact you before repairing the bag at your cost (after gaining your approval to do so).

In either case take your bag (and proof of purchase) to one of our stores or post the bag to us at Crumpler HQ where we will make the assessment.

Ive had this bag for a few months now and I'm really glad I got it. A little bit more money that I would have like to have spent, but definitely worth it. Use it for going to and from classes on my bike during the school year, and currently for documents and such for work. I would definitely recommend it.
