Warranty

Within the first three months if the bag fails due to defective materials of workmanship (under normal use) we will replace or repair the product no questions asked. You must however have the original receipt and provide it to us as proof of purchase.

After three months, if the bag fails due to defective materials of workmanship (under normal use) we will repair the bag. If the fault is deemed to have occurred under abnormal circumstances then we will contact you before repairing the bag at your cost (after gaining your approval to do so).

In either case take your bag (and proof of purchase) to one of our stores or post the bag to us at Crumpler HQ where we will make the assessment.

Excellent Bag

I love how tight and simple everything is in this bag. It doesn't provide enough space for a lot of large objects but that isn't why I bought it. I just wanted a bag that would keep my laptop safe and carry around the pens and books that I need for my job. The Skivvy does all that plus has some really durable construction. You pick up the bag and you can tell that it isn't going to rip or tear. Excellent purchase on my part, if I do say so myself.
