HAVEN (S) is rated 3.0 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product, small size I was eyeing this for a while as the perfect minibag to keep my camera in when I bring it in a backpack etc. Eventually I bought the Local Identity (S) backpack and it came with the small Haven. It fits nicely in the bottom of my bag but it is a bit small for my use -- it only fits one body with a lens attached (however with a small lens like a 50, I can stick another short-medium lens in the bag as well (on top or on the bottom usually). It's good though to tote around and I certainly do feel like it's padded enough to protect my camera. The small pouches in the front are good as well for cords, lens and body caps, batteries etc. I would definitely recommend it but if you're looking to fit in an extra lens in it with the body, I'd upgrade to the Haven (M) or (L) because they can be properly divided -- I had to take my dividers out to fit my body.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Good idea, but... I recently bought this bag for my Olympus OM-D E-M5. The quality of the materials and workmanship is very good. However, it is just a bit tight for my camera, so if you are thinking about getting the bag for a similar camera, I would suggest getting a medium. My main problem with the bag is the padding. Before buying the bag I read many reviews on the internet, and everybody praised the good padding of the bag. I have to disagree with those reviews. The front (where the Crumpler logo is located) and back padding of the bag is made of sponge - the same kind that you would use in a bath. And it is not particularly thick. So I find it really hard to imagine that the bag would protect the camera from a knock (even if it is inside another bag). All that the padding will do is muffle the sound of the knock. I also wrote a mail to Crumpler, inquiring about whether they believe the padding of the bag is sufficient. They ignored me. Nuff said. Also note that the opening of the bag cannot not close completely.
