Rated 5 out of 5 by from So much more than what I expected This bag is so amazing, for all of my camera gear it has more than enough space plus anything else I need to take. I am even considering using this as my clothes bag with my camera gear for weekend jobs. I had a concern that the bag could be quite big because of it fitting so much but it is the perfect fit and doesn't look out of place like other camera bags.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this camera backpack I bought this about a month ago, and love it. All my gear fits in easily including, lunch, raincoat and water bottle. Best thing it dosnt look like a camera bag, the hip belt fits well making a heavy lad easy to carry. Only problem, my tripod legs are to broad to fit in side picket to hold it steady on the side, but thus is a very minor problem.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just the bag I was looking for! I bought this bag a couple of months ago and I have already used it for a few trips and I am thoroughly impressed. I will admit I don't use it as a camera bag but for backpacking it's perfect. I can organise everything easily and use it like a suitcase but carry it as a backpack.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for organising and carrying lots of gear I bought the bag about 9 months ago now and have used it extensively travelling and commuting. I wanted a large backpack to carry my DSLR + 4 lenses, external flash, accessories plus also fit my large 15.6in Laptop. The bag is not specifically design for a 15.6in Laptop, but you can fit one in if you lay it on top the compartments, rather than in the small pocket in the zippered that is more ipad / 11"mac air sized. I took my laptop into the shop to test it out before buying. After months of heavy use, it is excellent for carrying a lot of gear. The internal compartments keep the gear well organised and very well protected. I appreciate having a specific place for each lense and each accessory, it makes it easier to stay organised and visually check that you have everything packed. I used the rain cover a lot during the rainy season, where I often walked 3-5 kms in the rain and my gear never got wet. The bag by itself weighs about 3 kg, and then fully loaded with laptop, DSLR, etc can easily weigh up to 11-15 kg, so you need to consider carefully before taking it as carry on luggage on a plane, where most carrier seem to be getting stricter with a 7kg limit. Just for plane flights I would often carry my laptop separately. In future I would recommend padding on the shoulder straps if you intend the carry a lot of weight regularly, the current shoulder straps can tend to dig in a little after carrying for a couple of hours. Some small pouches on the shoulder straps to carry small items (e.g. phone) would be a good addition.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Holds lots of camera gear plus laptop I bought as a camera and laptop bag and it did the job very well. All the Velcro extras are fantastic and made the bag very versatile. It was very heavy though and lugging it on and off my back was cumbersome. When on my back its bulk tended to be awkward with surroundings. I was allowed it as cabin luggage no problem and it was easy to remove my laptop each time I went through security. Once up in cabin hold I tended to want to leave it alone!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from needs hipbelt adjustment It's huge. This bag holds my D610 and 6-8 lenses with no problem. One lens is 80-400, and I can store it attached to my camera body. I love the adjustable dividers - makes it easy to fit everything snugly in the bag. Pocket on the front holds extra batteries, memory cards, etc with room to spare. The top compartment is handy for items you want to keep separate. My only complaint is that the hip belt doesn't have much adjustment. When you fill a backpack this large, it gets heavy fast. You really need to be able to rest a lot of the weight on your hips instead of your shoulders. The hip belt tightens/loosens, but does not move up/down. I'm a 5'4'' girl, and my husband 5'10''. Neither of us can get the pack situated quite right. I'm keeping it because it's great for storing all of my gear in one place. I doubt I will be carrying it for any length of time, like on a hike or trip. But, if I did, I love that the main cargo access point is on the inside of the pack (against my back). No one will be able to steal anything of value (like on a crowded train, bus, etc.) as long as I am wearing the pack. After selling high-end outdoor backpacks for many years, I understand the importance of a pack that fits correctly. Maybe Crumpler will consider a better fit system on future models. I'd give this 5 stars if the hip belt adjusted!
