Warranty

Within the first three months if the bag fails due to defective materials of workmanship (under normal use) we will replace or repair the product no questions asked. You must however have the original receipt and provide it to us as proof of purchase.

After three months, if the bag fails due to defective materials of workmanship (under normal use) we will repair the bag. If the fault is deemed to have occurred under abnormal circumstances then we will contact you before repairing the bag at your cost (after gaining your approval to do so).

In either case take your bag (and proof of purchase) to one of our stores or post the bag to us at Crumpler HQ where we will make the assessment.

The first time I laid my eyes on the Crumpler Kazoo, I had a bunch of ideas going through my head as to how I was going to use it and I wasn’t sure which exactly would work best. I can strap it to my waist and use it as a belt bag, I can also toss it over my shoulder and use it as a sling bag, or I can simply grab the straps and carry it around me like a hand bag. In the weeks that followed, the Kazoo proved to be quite versatile and can be used all the ways that I can think of.
