This is the best bag ever. For serious.
By Aram
I love me a Crumpler bag, and have a couple of others for other purposes.
But the Pinnacle of Horror is the best. I love that it shrinks and expands as required, depending on how much you need to carry around. The pockets - inside and out - work really well. It's comfy. It's easy to get things in and out of it. And it has a look that works when combined with a suit during the week, or tee shirt and jeans on the weekend. Perfection in a bag. Buy it.
I love this bag!

I was browsing for a good messenger bag for me, and I was considering the Moderate Embarrassment, but I read a review and one of the people didn't like the fact that it had velcro on the main pouch. To me, this wouldn't be a big issue, but I could see how it would be annoying, maybe you're in a quiet coffee shop and you crack open the pouch only to have all eyes locked on you all of a sudden. So I searched for a bag without velcro and I'm not sure if the Pinnacle of Horror is the only bag without velcro, but it instantly caught my eye, both for the look and for the size.
I have the new 13" Macbook Pro, and it comfortably holds it, the charger, my mouse and mouse pad, as well as a couple other things, like my phone and my ebook reader. It sits nicely sort of on your back/side, and doesn't put any strain on your shoulder. It not only has a fold over flap that clips shut, it has a zipper at the top part of that flap, as well as a small velcro strap inside of the bag where you store your laptop, to secure it in place.
This bag is amazing, I haven't even gone out with it yet (just got it about an hour ago), but I can tell I made the right choice. You can tell by the feel of it that it's of the highest quality, and while the price-tag is a little higher than I was intending on spending, this is a bag I will use for years without even considering needing something else. Do yourself, and your laptop, a favour and get this bag!

Work Bag. Camera Bag? - No.
By Jimmy
I really enjoy my the Pinnacle for work related stuff like a laptop, files, books, etc. I would not recommend that the bag be used for oddly shaped items like a DSLR or shoes, as it will alter the sleek look that I find most attractive about the Pinnacle.
Currently, I have a 13' Mac, iPad, 3in thick book and about 3-5inches of paperwork. It fits nicely and is comfortable.
Almost Perfect

It's an excellent bag: well-designed and well-made. Good stitches, good cut, good zippers, light weight, expands and contracts as needed, compacts its contents. It does have one small flaw however. When a 15" laptop is placed in it the laptop limits the depth-wise expandability of the bag. The bag becomes a little less bag-like and a little more sleeve-like. This makes it a little more difficult to insert and remove bulkier items.
