WIDE, FULLY ADJUSTABLE PADDED SHOULDER STRAP

To keep the bag still and distribute its weight evenly, the 38mm wide strap features a neoprene cushioned shoulder pad embossed with a non-slip rubber logo, while the easy-to-use tri-glide buckle lets you adjust how high or low the bag sits.

LOW PROFILE DESIGN

Because of its asymmetric design, the Sir Samuel Heist sits snugly against your back and side, keeping a low profile while still providing all the cargo space you need.

The bag outer is made from water resistant materials and features YKK water resistant zippers.

Within the first three months if the bag fails due to defective materials of workmanship (under normal use) we will replace or repair the product no questions asked. You must however have the original receipt and provide it to us as proof of purchase.

After three months, if the bag fails due to defective materials of workmanship (under normal use) we will repair the bag. If the fault is deemed to have occurred under abnormal circumstances then we will contact you before repairing the bag at your cost (after gaining your approval to do so).

In either case take your bag (and proof of purchase) to one of our stores or post the bag to us at Crumpler HQ where we will make the assessment.
