If your Crumpler bag fails as a result of defective materials or workmanship under normal use while you: a) draw breath and b) remain the bag’s owner, we’ll repair or replace the part(s) in question – no questions asked. Just drop your bag off at a Crumpler Store or mail your bag to a Crumpler HQ, postage paid, together with your proof of purchase and a short note to explain the problem. We’ll make it right and send it back to you ASAP.

If we reckon the fault occurred as a result of ‘abnormal’ usage – no offence intended – we’ll contact you and obtain your approval to repair the bag at your expense.

 

Bigger than it seems, but some awkward bits

Don't let the dimensions fool you, I managed to carry my Macbook Pro 15" and two bottles of wine in the main compartment with ease, so water bottles and a couple of books aren't a problem with a laptop. I like the carry handles that don't flop down and the contrast colors make it easy to see what's inside. Very slick! But... the main compartment zipper is a bit screwy since the fabric tucks in or sticks out (if you see it, you'll know what I mean). That makes it difficult to zip/unzip unless the zipper area is sticking up and you zip slooowly. The adjustable shoulder straps are minimalist, which is fine, but for a normal height wearer, the straps hang loose to the ground when not worn and look sloppy--it'd be nice if they could be tucked in or attached somehow to the bag (or have a quick adjustment tab).
