If your Crumpler bag fails as a result of defective materials or workmanship under normal use while you: a) draw breath and b) remain the bag’s owner, we’ll repair or replace the part(s) in question – no questions asked. Just drop your bag off at a Crumpler Store or mail your bag to a Crumpler HQ, postage paid, together with your proof of purchase and a short note to explain the problem. We’ll make it right and send it back to you ASAP.

If we reckon the fault occurred as a result of ‘abnormal’ usage – no offence intended – we’ll contact you and obtain your approval to repair the bag at your expense.

I was introduced to the Crumpler line about six months ago while shopping in Beijing, when I became enamoured with the design. It took about this long to brew, research the brand and think about the investment. Sure, we all need that casual everyday companion, but why this bag? I would first recommend that you try it. Compared to other backpacks I've used this one just sits correctly regardless of content weight, in that vein, it doesn't make faces or look overstressed by different sized objects. Despite no true skeletal frame, the bag retains its shape extremely well and the material can face the daily elements without a sweat, that can only be down to its high stitching quality. Add a warranty that outlasts you and there's very little to argue over. Not everyone will like the capacity of this particular bag, but there are other lines too. I would recommend the two shades of blue and the black—the other shades are less bright and more of a pastel (if you're into that sort of thing).

I've had this backpack for about 2 months. I'm using it everyday, taking with me everywhere. It's lightweight, yet holds anything and everything. I've been using it pretty hard, and it hasn't gotten any wear. I spilled water on it (yeah I'm clumsy), got rained on, but inside stayed completely dry. It's nice to know that it really is water resistent because I carry my laptop with me a lot. It's affordable, and from what I've seen, this is the best backpack for the price. I HIGHLY recommend it.
