Warranty

Within the first three months if the bag fails due to defective materials of workmanship (under normal use) we will replace or repair the product no questions asked. You must however have the original receipt and provide it to us as proof of purchase.

After three months, if the bag fails due to defective materials of workmanship (under normal use) we will repair the bag. If the fault is deemed to have occurred under abnormal circumstances then we will contact you before repairing the bag at your cost (after gaining your approval to do so).

In either case take your bag (and proof of purchase) to one of our stores or post the bag to us at Crumpler HQ where we will make the assessment.

Awesomeness in bag form

This is an awesome bag. I bought it for carrying my camera gear mainly when I'm in the city. I usually have my old Canon EOS 20D with battery grip, Canon EF 80-200mm f/2.8 L, Tamron SP AF 17-50mm f/2.8 XR Di-II or Canon EF 17-40mm f/4 L IF USM, shutter release cable, extra CF cards, hot shoe level and there's room for more but it gets too heavy carrying around too much stuff all day long, so I keep it simple. It's really comfortable and it doesn't really look like a camera bag. There is one minus that I have come up with. When I bought it, I didn't have an iPad, but now when I have one I've realized that it doesn't fit in the compartment made for it, if you have any type of sleeve/cover for the iPad which is too bad. Otherwise it's a great bag.
